Information we collect
- Lookup inputs you provide (e.g., vehicle registration number).
- Support information you provide (e.g., email/phone, messages, attachments).
- Payment metadata received from payment partners (e.g., status, reference IDs, amount, timestamp).
- Technical data (e.g., IP address, browser/device info, cookies for security and analytics).
We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. Payments are processed by third-party payment partners.
How we use information
- To fetch and display challan information (where available).
- To facilitate payments and show payment status/confirmation.

- To prevent fraud, abuse, and improve platform security.
